Grassroots football wouldn’t exist without volunteers - From secretaries and coaches, to line markers and tea makers, local clubs need volunteers to keep running.

There are loads of benefits to volunteering, including:

Some roles can be carried out with as little as an hour a week, so there’s definitely a role out there for you!
The only roles where there is a requirement for qualifications are where there is constant contact with youth players (Under 18 and below), such as coach, manager, physio and welfare officer. A Criminal Record Check (CRC) will need to be completed prior to working with Under 18s.
