There are several off-island tournaments which we are involved in which help our referees to gain a more rounded knowledge of officiating in a different environment. Some of the tournaments we have been part of are: -

Quadrangular Tournament

We usually send 1 level 4 referee to this tournament. This tournament usually involves the Isle of Man, Northern Island, Scotland and Ireland senior men's teams.

Paris World Cup

The registration of this tournament is looked after by tournamentsabroad.com and is a junior tournament with age groups from under 10's to under 17's. This tournament suits level 7 junior or senior referees. Participants are observed by current premier league assistant referees and top national match observers.

Youdan Trophy

An invitational event held in Sheffield every year, some of the teams involved are professional clubs. The tournament request level 4 and level 5 referees.

Premier league under 14's Tournament

An invitational event held every year for level 5 or 6 referees. All the teams are premier league under 14's teams and participants are observed by current premier league assistant referees and top UK based match observers.

FA Vase qualifying round

An invitation only appointment to an early round FA Vase match. We send one level 4 referee and one level 5 assistant referee. These matches are sometimes watched by a match observer.
