We at the Isle of Man FA are committed to helping clubs grow female football, and we know that there are an increasing number of clubs that are too.

So, to help those like you, who wish to start or grow their female provision, we are holding a free workshop that will provide guidance, helpful information and top tips, alongside real-life club examples on growing or creating female provision. Together, let’s make football a game for everyone to enjoy. Let’s make it an equal game.

The workshop will look at five areas of the game:

- Workforce
- Marketing
- Facilities
- Finance
- Club Identity and Governance

Following the workshop, we will help you create an action plan to put what you have learnt at the workshop into action.

There will also be the opportunity to work with the Isle of Man FA Equal Game Ambassador, Dani Foster who will provide one to one support to clubs.
