We are looking for three independent and non-executive directors for Finance, Inclusion and Equality and Health and Wellbeing

We are recruiting for three Non-Executive Directors who will help drive change and improve the grassroots football experience for everyone in the Isle of Man.

Finance Non-Executive Director

Do you have a strong financial background and a commitment to driving change? The Isle of Man Football Association (IOMFA) is seeking an exceptional independent Non-Executive Finance Director to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in transforming grassroots football.

You will be a champion of financial integrity and governance, overseeing the financial planning and risk management that underpins the success of grassroots football. Reporting directly to the Chair of the Board of Directors, you will be instrumental in shaping the Association's vision, strategy, and financial investment, propelling us toward our long-term business objectives.

Inclusion and Equality Non-Executive Director

Do you have the skills and experience to lead and inspire others? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the role of Non-Executive Inclusion and Equality Director for the Isle of Man Football Association. 

We are looking for someone with the relevant knowledge and experience in inclusion and equality matters, to develop and implement the IOMFA’s inclusion and equality strategy, in line with the FA’s national strategy.

Health and Wellbeing Non-Executive Director

Do you have a background in promoting health and wellbeing? We are looking for someone to champion initiatives promoting health and wellbeing, benefitting all of the football community in the Isle of Man.

The candidate would be instrumental in shaping and supporting the association's vision and strategy for good health and wellbeing.
