Shaun Kelly's hat-trick of goals on Saturday afternoon saw his side Ayre United beat St Marys to the final Plum Properties Railway Cup Final spot.

His first goal came around 20 minutes into the first half from open play, and was followed by a penalty after Kelly was brought down in the box a short time after St Marys had hit the post at the other end.

St Marys pushed to make up the 2-0 deficit, but Ayre proved too strong on this occasion. Kelly's third of day came from a curling free kick from the left which cleared the wall and headed into the net. 

Kelly received his Player of the Match award from Jonathan Leece from sponsor, Plum Properties.

Ayre United now face Peel in the Plum Properties Railway Cup Final on Boxing Day.
