Rushen United lifted the Eric Fletcher Charity Shield on Tuesday evening, thanks to a 3-0 win over Ayre United at The Bowl.

Rushen netted all three goals during a 16 minute period in the first half, the first a converted penalty kick by Jamie Cadwallader. Joe Reid added a second to the 'Spaniards' tally on 25 minutes, before Jamie Johnston got his name on the scoresheet on 35 minutes. 

Cadwallader was named Player of the Match.
