The Isle of Man Football Association are seeking a dynamic and visionary Women and Girls Development Officer to lead the growth and development of women’s football in the Isle of Man. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of women’s football at a pivotal moment in its history. 

 We are committed to broadening the diversity of thought within our team, meaning we need someone who brings fresh perspectives to problems and innovative solutions to the table. We are looking for a highly capable individual who can identify, empathise with and work to remove the hidden barriers for women in football.

You will be at the forefront of a brand-new strategy to deliver for the women and girl’s game. To shape a future that sees increased female participation in all areas – players, coaches, officials and spectators.

 You'll be joining a supportive and ambitious team, who are all driven to make a real difference. Working together, we will take women’s football on the Isle of Man to new heights.

Salary:  £28k per annum
