Players are selected from the 27 member clubs to represent the Isle of Man at various tournaments and competitions:

Isle of Man Men's Representative Squad

The men's squad have been representing the island for a long time with them initially playing visiting college teams. However over the years the team has competed in a number of tournaments with the most recent being the Natwest Island Games, FA Inter League Cup and the International Challenge Shield.

The island has won the FA Inter League Cup (then called FA National Systems Cup) in 2006 going on to represent the English FA in a European competition.

Isle of Man Women's Representative Squad

The women's squad began playing fixtures in 2000 in the Celt Cup. Since then they have shown significant development have have, over recent years, achieved fantastic success in winning the Umbro Cup 2006, Appleby Triangular Cup in 2010 and again 2012, Bronze medal at the 2009 Natwest Island later winning Silver in 2011.

Isle of Man U18's Representative Squad

The U18's squad have been playing fixtures for a number of years now and frequently compete in the FA County Youth Cup, although unfortunately have never won the competition. There only success to date was at the 2011 Keele Cup.

This squad has provided a useful stepping stone from junior football to the men's senior island squad with a large number of island players making appearances at the U18 level.
