The Isle of Man Football Association aims to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, gender, ability or background, has the opportunity to enjoy the game of football and to maximise their potential whether as a player, referee, coach or administrator.
The Association will work in partnership with other agencies to improve the infrastructure, develop a safe and enjoyable environment, increase participation, raise standards and encourage, promote and reward best practice.
